Our Association

The Venezuelan Association of Exporters (AVEX) is the most important organization which promotes Venezuelan non-oil exports. Since our establishment in 1962, we have fought for the interests and the consolidation of non-traditional export sector in Venezuela and in international trade, with our participation in the defense pillar, the stimulus and the pursuit of appropriate policies and procedures for support the activity of exporters. For this purpose, we work according to international criterions - as globalization has become a reality - until integration which demands permanent changes.

Vision:

Consolidate as the promoter for the development center for Culture of Commerce, helping to diversify and stimulate exports and domestic value-added services through human resource training, promoting competitiveness and defense of faithful the interests of its members before government and private institutions, national and international , which govern and determine trade.

Mission:

Creating and supporting the consolidation of a Culture of International Trade, by proposing a set of comprehensive services focused on technical assistance, training of human resources, external promotion exportable and defending the interests of industry.

Objectives:

- To represent our members being a natural interlocutor and facilitator, valid and viable before the different key entities - public and private - linked to international trade activity.

- To promote the debate and propositions for public policies necessary to develop and promote the non-traditional exports sector.

- To train professionals in international trade sector and contribute to the training of new businessmen interested in development and diversification of venezuelan exports.

- To integrate and affer a range of services to our members, related to technical consultancy, competitive intelligence, promotion of competition and projection on global markets.

- To advise and after tools solving problems related to the export activity of the country.
